Crew dispatch

The dispatch board that can refuse to schedule someone.

Most scheduling tools happily put anyone on a job. CrewDispatchr checks tickets and orientation first — if a worker's certification has expired or they haven't been oriented, they can't be dispatched, and every override is recorded. Then it runs the day: geofenced clock-ins, timesheet approval, and live labor cost.

Compliance-gated dispatch

Non-compliant workers never reach the board.

Every assignment is checked against the worker's live compliance state. An expired ticket or a missing site orientation blocks the dispatch outright — not a warning you can scroll past. A supervisor can override when they have to, and that decision is logged with who, when, and why.

  • Expired certification or missing orientation blocks dispatch
  • Recorded overrides — who, when, and why
  • Compliance state fed live from Health & Safety

Geofenced attendance

Clock-ins that only work on site.

Every job gets a boundary — a 100-metre check against the site location, with a per-company override when a site needs a wider radius. Workers can only punch in inside it, and every clock-in is GPS- and time-stamped, so the hours you pay for are the hours that happened.

  • 100 m site geofence, per-company override
  • GPS- and time-stamped, no buddy punching
  • Audit-ready location and time proof

Timesheet approval

From clock-in to payroll without re-keying.

Verified hours land in a single approval queue with overtime and prevailing-wage rules already applied. Approve by crew or by day — and superintendents can approve their crew's hours straight from an emailed link, with no login to chase.

The rest of what keeps the day moving.

Client job orders

Clients raise orders for crews and trades; each order flows onto the board and ties back to the client record for billing and reporting.

Worker portal

Workers see their upcoming assignments, sites, and documents, and clock in from their own phone — no radios, no group texts.

Bulk roster import

Stand up a whole workforce in one go. Import your roster from a spreadsheet instead of keying people in one at a time.
